First time taking it in for 4 tire replacements. Service and greeting ... read more First time taking it in for 4 tire replacements. Service and greeting wasn’t great Communication wasn’t there not very friendly on top of that. They lost my keys and took two days to install tires. I understand stuff happens and shops get busy I have worked in a shop in the past so I know how it is, but this is too much. On top of that I paid almost $200 dollars just to install 4 tires. What was the cherry on top was the valve stems where not replaced when I picked it up. This is probably the last time I’ll be coming here. My only did it for convenience, but it wasn’t really more like a headache.

I had my oil changed and then brought my car back up there to have them fix my spare (it was flat when I went to use it) and put it back where it goes when not in use. The oil change was fine had a great price of $39.95 but for them to fix my spare tire it cost $29.95. That was a bit high for a valve stem replacement! He said “All Tire Repairs are $29.95”. I thought that was too high to replace a $2 (if that) part. Not all tire repairs are equal and shouldn’t be treated as such!
