I got to Tuffy at 8:30 and did not leave until 11:30 for one tire. That was to long of a wait and the did not look new.

I had an engine replaced in June (I still feel $6,000 was more than it should have cost) and the engine light had been on from that day until I went to get my inspection at the beginning of this month, February. I was told that I would have to drive 500 miles or more in order for the light to go off, which it didn't. They checked and "discovered" that I had a cylinder 6 misfire and they replaced the spark plug, but I had gotten new plugs and wires previously!? I was, then, informed that I would have to drive ANOTHER 80 MILES before I could proceed with my inspection!! I'm a senior citizen that doesn't go far, drive hard and go through unpaved, rough places. I feel as if I'm being mislead somehow. I'm extremely hesitant to continue to do business with Tuffy.
