Service and greeting wasn’t great Communication wasn’t there not very friendly on top of that. They lost my keys and took two days to install tires. I understand stuff happens and shops get busy I have worked in a shop in the past so I know how it is, but this is too much. On top of that I paid almost $200 dollars just to install 4 tires. What was the cherry on top was the valve stems where not replaced when I picked it up. This is probably the last time I’ll be coming here. My only did it for convenience, but it wasn’t really more like a headache.

Funny thing is that they tried selling me a brake job the last time I got my oil changed. They have also been trying to sell me an alignment simply based on mileage. I took my truck to another shop and they did a safety inspection for me and told me there was no reason to have failed the inspection based on brakes and that I didn't need an alignmnet

The service crew was unable to fix it. I have to jam the gear shift into park or the truck will roll off. They adjusted my carburetor and now my plugs are fowling out. They did a good job replacing the headers and exhaust pipes.
