  • Came to Fleet Farm after having difficult experience at Costco trying ... read more Came to Fleet Farm after having difficult experience at Costco trying to get TPMS sensor replaced. Had sensor replaced at Fleet Farm, after waiting multiple weeks for appointment. Came back to have lug nuts checked as advised. And had TPMS sensor checked as light didn’t turn off as anticipated. Fleet Farm checked and advised the installed TPMS sensor was faulty, and would have to wait another few weeks. In the meantime, I’ve been advised of other repair work needed which is helpful but not the reason I came into the shop. This shop has wasted my time with multiple visits. I have also been encouraged to join a customer loyalty club, for which the perks aren’t appealing to my demographic. I am a woman and do not want to be offered a cheap men’s hat. I received this survey from an automated system before the repair work was resolved. In the end, had to go back to Costco as I’m tired of waiting and tired of being asked as a customer to resolve Fleet Farm business and quality issues. I have still not heard about a replacement TPMS sensor from Fleet Farm after a couple of weeks. I do not come to businesses to have my time and money misused.

Since I have had no response to the email, I have copy/pasted it below. Honestly, I was not impressed at this visit for an oil change. Normally, your team will do a courtesy vehicle check. This obviously was not done during this visit. I went in with the low tire pressure indicator on and low windshield wiper fluid indicator on. I left the same way. I had to go to Kwik Trip to fill my tires and filled my windshiled wiper fluid at home. Nothing was written on the vechicle inspection sheet that was provided to me. I asked for a tire rotation if it was needed. The tech indicated that it was not needed, but I am not confident that they even looked at the tires. When I click on the "Your Vehicle Page" in the email that was sent, the milage is wrong for my vehicle and it says I refused the recommended tire rotation, which is not true. I purchased my tires there and that is why I go there for oil changes. I paid nearly $100 this time and am quite disappointed.
