You will be stuck for days possibly weeks and they don’t know what they’re doing when it comes to repairing automobiles you will be abandoned and broke when they get done with you.Just look at their facilities they have more than one under different names they all look the same abandoned cars all apart scattered tru out the properties and they don’t buy new parts they use only used parts and have no clue on repairing automobiles they are just parts changers.And their is no hourly repair rates posted in any of their locations and they don’t believe in giving a customer a estimate on repairs before the work is authorized.Contacting South Carolina Motor Vehicle department filing a complaint.

You can't get better service anywhere. They are fantastic. I have complete trust in these guys when it comes to maintaining my 2018 Alfa Romeo Giulia or any my numerous autos. Had always used Bluffton Tire but they closed after the business was sold. Today one of my front tires on my Range Rover picked up a nail and I stopped in here to see if they could repair my tire. Was my first visit here but pleased to see Waldo who used to be a service adviser at Bluffton Tire. Waldo said he could get my car in for repair in one hour so instead of waiting I went to lunch and returned in an hour. He took my car right in and had it back to me in about twenty minutes. The nail was short enough that it did not puncture my tire. They checked and adjusted the pressure in all my tires. He said there would be no charge. I would have been happy to pay for the service received and I still would have been extremely happy. They now have a new customer for life. I will have all of my cars serviced here in the future. They even do maintenance services on Range Rovers! Gerry G.
