I found Beachside which is near the airport. The folks there are unbelievably nice and polite. Problem discovered was fixable in about an hour and I was on my way. While waiting, I heard many conversations between customers and staff. All were very positive. One couple from Canada had a serious issue. After diagnostic test, they were told to bring car back tomorrow to leave all day and they would get a loaner car. There was no charge for diagnostic test. Customer was amazed at this. (I was too.) The day before I was to leave for home, my AC stopped working. They were able to get me in that same day. What I expected to be a costly repair turned out to be a simple fix at a reasonable cost. They could have taken complete advantage of me because of my situation but they didn’t. I wish I could find a place like this in Cleveland for my future needs.
