Went in asking for quote on replacing front struts. They said I would ... read more Went in asking for quote on replacing front struts. They said I would have to provide VIN to find parts. (I could find it online without it). Was able to quote $2000.00. My regular mechanic quoted $700.00 for the job. I tried them because my regular mechanic was unable to meet my timeline needed. When I questioned their quote they told me I may need all struts replaced. How are they able to know that when I ask for the front to be replaced. I had been a customer for years but had several bad experiences in the last few visits. Females beware! They try to make you get unnecessary repairs.
