BUYERS BEWARE... As a former employee I noticed that the price mark up is ripping both areas off. For example they pay $18.99 for brake pads and you get charged $79.99 minimum, they pay $25.00 for brake rotors and you get charged $119.00 on the average. I've witnessed alot of wrong doing while working as a so called manager for this company. I feel for customers such as Ms. Shaw who came in to have her door fixed on her mini van and was charged $119.00 for diagnostics and was given a quote for $1800.00 only to get the problem fixed somewhere else for $6.00...but to make it worse the owner promised to refund her the diagnostic charge and then jerked her out of it. Instructing everyone to blow her off if she called. I can honestly say that I have NEVER experienced such robbery in all of the years I've been in the automotive industry. This tuffy has the best customer service and auto service, Mr.Darnell is the manager at this location , He made sure i recieved the best service and prices are very reasonable, he was honest with me about my vehicle..some places are a real rip off you cant trust some of them, but here at this tuffy you can! I am very happy and please.
