List purchase price for under what you pay for it on legal paperwork, will not work with you once money is in hand. Asked for refund and was told it was spent on "medical bills" and claims to have bad heart. I hope he actually is telling the truth about his heart and I hope it hurts - so he knows what every customer who was foolish enough to buy a car from his crooked establishment feels. Go anywhere else, you will regret this place. Freedy and Jack belong in a jail cell not a "dealership".

I brought in for first free oil change and to chk out the key remote not working. A service tech named Scott at the nine mile rd. dealership. He worked so well and friendly with us. This car belongs to my 16 years old granddaughter and he made it very easy for us. I do appreciate the coutesy he gave us. Connie Rush
I visited Jacks when I was shopping for new tires and was attracted to... read more I visited Jacks when I was shopping for new tires and was attracted to their factory wholesale pricing. $45 for a new tire (honda civic) was the lowest price I could find online and in the area. I live in the fan (in Richmond, VA) and Jacks was the closest shop to me. It's nice to be able to support a minority-owned and operated local business. I was very happy to be back on the road in just over a half an hour from the time I brought the car in. Low prices, hassle-free, fast service, friendly service ... what more could you ask for?! I will be going back to Jacks for all of my tire needs as well as for my oil changes and really, any other service that they provide; if I need it, I will go see Jack.
