I purchased a 2013 forte in Sept 2016. I brought in for first free oil change and to chk out the key remote not working. A service tech named Scott at the nine mile rd. dealership. He worked so well and friendly with us. This car belongs to my 16 years old granddaughter and he made it very easy for us. I do appreciate the coutesy he gave us. Connie Rush
