This business did not properly fix my vehicle to the point that when I picked it up (4 days later), it smelled of gasoline so bad that it prompted me to call them immediately to see if this was normal. I was advised that it was not normal, and to bring the vehicle back. I elected to take it back the next morning due to being almost home at the time. The next morning, my check engine came on, as well as engine malfunction light. The car was shaking so bad and would not excel - to put it frankly, it was not driveable. I called them immediately and asked if they could have it towed, in which I was told that they do not have a towing service. I asked if I get it towed could I be reimbursed for the towing charge due to it being a direct result of what they already did to the vehicle. The lady stated, "If we deem it is our fault, then sure I would be happy to reimburse you". Needless to say, they have refused to pay the $100 towing bill that I had to fork out due to the error on their part. They replied with, "We do not have a towing policy in place, and will not pay for any towing". Then went on to say, "We replaced two coils at no charge to you". Yes, that is the least you could do because the coils would NOT have been replaced if you didn't screw up the car when you originally "supposedly" replaced the valve cover gasket. Not only did I have to pay $100, but I also had to pay $760 to have the valve cover gasket changed, along with the spark plugs, AND they kept my car for a WEEK! Poor customer service, to say the least. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE...THEY WILL END UP SCREWING YOU OVER! If you want to keep your car in good working order, AVOID this business!!
Poor installation caused wheelbearing to go bad within 6 months. Took ... read more Poor installation caused wheelbearing to go bad within 6 months. Took 5 days to finish the job. Broke ABS sensor, tried to fix it by keeping the vehicle for 4 more days. Still not fixed as I am now driving with ABS lights on. Now the wheelbearing failing again!! I have driven the vehicle roughly around 3000-4000 miles mostly highway mileage. I am being told parts could malfunction, does this mean they put low quality parts and charge me an arm and leg for it.
The knowledge and quality of service was great. Person at front desk a... read more The knowledge and quality of service was great. Person at front desk always lacks a bit of professionalism and the reception area is always a mess, but I still recommend Delta V and prefer it over a VW dealership
