They have given me a ride back to my home each time. This last time the repairs on my vehicle were much more than I had expected and Bob told me about the NAPA 6 months no interest credit card which helped me with the cost. Melissa was extremely helpful when it was discovered that some of the repairs were caused by something that had been done by the previous repair shop that did work on my engine. She took it upon herself to contact the other shop and work with them on the cost which saved me $300. This was such a gift to me and I am totally grateful for this. I will continue to take my Kia to Ponder and will be a lifelong customer. Bought 4 tires last June. Within 2 weeks, one tire became warped. Took... read more Bought 4 tires last June. Within 2 weeks, one tire became warped. Took the van back, and they claimed to fix the problem. No luck. This same scenario occurred 5 times. FIVE TIMES. They blamed alignment (though they aligned the vehicle twice). Never once did they offer to replace their defective product. Please note: I am speaking specifically of Hayworth in Johnson City. The other locations may be fine. But...Hayworth in JC will not stand by their product. They will deny and blame until you're too frustrated to deal with them anymore. Avoid Hayworth Tire JC at all costs.
