Bought 4 tires last June. Within 2 weeks, one tire became warped. Took the van back, and they claimed to fix the problem. No luck. This same scenario occurred 5 times. FIVE TIMES. They blamed alignment (though they aligned the vehicle twice). Never once did they offer to replace their defective product. 

Please note: I am speaking specifically of Hayworth in Johnson City. The other locations may be fine. But...Hayworth in JC will not stand by their product. They will deny and blame until you're too frustrated to deal with them anymore. Avoid Hayworth Tire JC at all costs.
