I had a problem with my coolant leaking from the rear of the engine. S... read more I had a problem with my coolant leaking from the rear of the engine. So I took it in there to get it diagnosed. They did a pressure test and said it wasn’t leaking anywhere. Mind you it leaks about a 1/4 a gallon every time I stop. So they told me they wanted to replace two hoses from the front of the engine and the thermostat. Quoting me 1000 dollars to do so. So just in case I replaced all that and it still leaks from the rear of the engine. But they assured me there was not leak from the rear of the engine. They would not listen when I kept saying it was not leaking from the front. Not very pleased with this shop

I was not given any information on the inspection or if everything was good which was included in the oil change. All in all I found things to be fine
Took my car in for alignment & oil change, now it makes a clicking noi... read more Took my car in for alignment & oil change, now it makes a clicking noise. It’s never made a clicking noise in 7 years. And when I returned to have it looked at, JLM acted like I was a P.O.S. for questioning their work. Y’all literally returned my car back to me in worse condition than it was when I brought it to you. Who does that? AND, how did you not know it was clicking now?! It’s so freaking loud! I sound like I drive a broken car now and it made ZERO noise before. I will never return to JLM to have them fix what they clearly have caused in the first place. I just don’t trust them anymore and I would rather pay literally anyone else than put it back in that shop to be looked at. I gave y’all 5 stars previously but, this place was a joke during this entire experience. I’m not sure if management changed or what but, zero pride in the work going on at this place anymore.
