Took my car in for alignment & oil change, now it makes a clicking noise. It’s never made a clicking noise in 7 years. 

And when I returned to have it looked at, JLM acted like I was a P.O.S. for questioning their work. 

Y’all literally returned my car back to me in worse condition than it was when I brought it to you. Who does that? AND, how did you not know it was clicking now?! It’s so freaking loud! I sound like I drive a broken car now and it made ZERO noise before. 

I will never return to JLM to have them fix what they clearly have caused in the first place. I just don’t trust them anymore and I would rather pay literally anyone else than put it back in that shop to be looked at.  

I gave y’all 5 stars previously but, this place was a joke during this entire experience. I’m not sure if management changed or what but, zero pride in the work going on at this place anymore.
