We turned over our vehicle to them for them to provide us a quote.  Only after they had performed their estimate did they inform us that they would be charging us nearly $450 for the quote. Never at any point were we warned about this and never did we authorize them to perform any billable service yet in order to get our vehicle back we had to pay them. Unethical to say the least.
