Quoted the price of $200 plus tax over the phone and was later told the charge was $276 plus tax due to the programming of convertible top. I expressed to the mechanic, who I assume was the owner, the price I was told and I would like it to be honored. I was then told by the mechanic I was quoted $212.50 plus tax over the phone which I expressed was not what the lady told me. In addition to not being charged the right amount I asked the receptionist if it’s possible for the mechanic put the battery housing cover back on the battery once complete since an O’Rileys worker removed it to inspect the battery. She stated it wasn’t a problem which I later discovered it was not done. I’m extremely dissatisfied with the level of service I was provided given it was my first time having maintenance done at the shop.

My vehicle had misfire code, I took it in they repaired it and it was fine for a while but then I had the same issue just over a week ago I took it back they said it was a faulty coil. They warranted the work but, the check engine light is on again and it’s the same issue!!! This place was recommended to me so that’s why I went but I live about 45 min away and I’m afraid my vehicle will not make it.

4wheels Allianment done last week It came out worse than what I have before went back 3 times have no time to check finally got on 4-2 24 After waiting 1-1/2 hours supervisor gave me long list of repair costing about 2100 dollars And Ted me they can’t do any better than what it has I ask him you should have told me when fist time you took car for Allianment no reply : oh it’s misllianment is because of back wheels so we can’t do anything After I drove front wheels now going to right before they were dragging to left On freeway now my car is going zig zag and more noses coming from tyres Much worse than what car driving was before Thanks for good work

I have used this shop for years. Never again!!! The absolute worst customer service I have experienced. Did not even bother to check the issues nor repair them despite charging a healthy fee.

The line for the MAS sensor was crimped and will eventually let water into the electronics and the plastic fastener was broken off from its stock position. Extra fasteners are missing from the under body shield when they inspected the vehicle.

I needed to get my brakes worked on as they had just started squeaking so I took my car in. apparently the wrong size brakes were delivered and so I had to wait an entire day before I could get my car back. I don’t agree with her being a diagnostic fee of $150 if I get the repairs done there. That should be waived when you’re having the repairs done with y’all most places don’t have a diagnostic fee like that or they do but you only pay it if you don’t have the work done

Went in for an oil change. A large black smudge was left on the ceiling fabric.

Tried to up charge me. Told me I needed 4 tires and brakes- yes I need ball joints but trying to up sell and scare into servicing doesn’t set well. Especially when 2 of the tires were brand new- I replaced brakes and rotors 2 years ago so I knew those were also good. Overheard a tech saying we kinda slow- hmm I wanted to trust these guys since they did a good paint work before

Unfortunately this is the first time I've been there and left dissatisfied I've been coming to Santa Ana for 6 years even though they're quite expensive I've still never had to go back with a problem the same problem so I'm very disappointed that I had my brakes and rotors done and I'm still here in the same qtweaking sound Even though I trusted them so totally in my last visit I'm sure this will be my last but thanks for all the good work you did previously

WOW, what an exceptional car repair “treat!” So much so that I happily drive there from Clear Lake City for the smallest of car-related ANYTHING! Whitney, my service advisor, is truly on the ball.” She’s smart, friendly, knowledgeable, determined, accommodating, accountable, value-oriented, concerned, genuine, and simply a delight to deal with. And THEN there’s the leadership, specifically Harrison and Sady – it doesn’t take long after meeting these two to realize why they hired Whitney AND why they are all such a dynamic team! Ultimately, it all comes from the top and these guys are an iconic example of such – even their pricing is amazing! On my most recent visit… I had a tricky issue with my new-to-me car, in that it was electrical-in-nature and obscure, but boy did they figure it out. Corey, my technician, wouldn’t give up even when it took more fenagling than usual and Whitney kept all the moving parts coordinated for a quick, reasonable resolution – She organized the part acquisition, warranty coverage, communication needs, and repair, keeping me informed at all times. And the team even proactively helped me with transportation when an unexpected delay (by another leg of the repair) occurred. Obviously, I could go on, but I’m certain you get the point by now – you simply cannot go wrong by taking your car to RMS for diagnosis or repair – in fact, I just had another concern regarding my USB port seeming to be failing and they got busy, discovered the “problem,” and had my car back to me in less than a day – and all at no charge. This is how to keep customers coming back forever!
