this company made a wrong diagnosis..what should have been a wheel bea... read more this company made a wrong diagnosis..what should have been a wheel bearing, they claimed was both lower controller arms.Being they are supposed to be specialist I believed them even though I told them it sounded like a bearing or a tie rod. And if they checked behind their work and took truck for a test drive tafter they were done hey would have known right off the go they were wrong.Of course if they had taken for test drive and then installed bearing I would have never known how big of a rip off they are. this cost over 1000 dollars and when they realized they made the wrong diagnosis. they offered to put a wheel bearing on for free. so what would have cost me under 100 to fix they refused to reimburse the 1000. they are crooked and do NOT get any service done by these people.
The guy at the front desk is very rude and disrespectful. Went in ... read more The guy at the front desk is very rude and disrespectful. Went in to get an alignment and by the time my car was finally finished it ended up being almost $1200.00. If you are a woman make sure you get a second opinion. They will try to make sure you get a bunch of other stuff that really is not an issue at the time. Would not recommend.
