I was able to schedule my oil and filter change for the next day, and Brent was very punctual and professional. Communication through text message was super easy, and he also vacuumed out my car and cleaned all the windows. Additionally, he let me know that he didn't see any leaks or other concerns. My Daughter bought a Kia Rio from Stivers here in Columbia. And so far... read more My Daughter bought a Kia Rio from Stivers here in Columbia. And so far we have spent over $2000 on repairs and the dealership just left her hanging! I, for one will never refer them to anyone. You just can't get good service anymore. The ignition system is constantly messing up and there are no good mechanics in Florence that won't rob you blind. And the KIA Dealership there says they are booked up for 2 to 3 weeks. That's ridiculous. I have also heard other horror stories about that Stealership, and wanted to pass this info along. They don't stand behind what they sell. And they sell cars that are not going to last. And at almost new car prices.
