And so far we have spent over $2000 on repairs and the dealership just left her hanging! I, for one will never refer them to anyone. You just can't get good service anymore. The ignition system is constantly messing up and there are no good mechanics in Florence that won't rob you blind. And the KIA Dealership there says they are booked up for 2 to 3 weeks. That's ridiculous. I have also heard other horror stories about that Stealership, and wanted to pass this info along. They don't stand behind what they sell. And they sell cars that are not going to last. And at almost new car prices.
The people in the service department just don't act like they care abo... read more The people in the service department just don't act like they care about your time. Everytime we have dropped off a vehicle for repair it is at least two days before we can get an answer on the problems. They have a very poor customer service. It seems to me that because the work being done is warranty work they just push you to the back of the line. It should never take that long to get any vehicle fixed. I don't know if they are under staffed in the service department, but the service at every other shop we've been to is 100% better. I would not take my vehicle here for any type of service ever again. They need to work on there customer service or hire someone who cares about the customer!!
THESE COMMENTS ARE FOR THE BODY SHOP ONLY AS I HAVE NOT HAD ANY OTHER ... read more THESE COMMENTS ARE FOR THE BODY SHOP ONLY AS I HAVE NOT HAD ANY OTHER WORK PREFORMED THERE AFTER TALKING IN DEPTH AS TO THE REPAIR WORK REQUIRED THE SERVICE MANAGER ASSURED ME THEY WERE CAPABLE OF MAKING THE REQUIRED REPAIR. AFTER 5 DAYS I RECEIVED A CALL THE CAR WAS READY . GO TO PICK UP THE CAR AND FIND THE BODY WORK WAS POOR AT BEST, THE PAINT HAD DUST AND DIRT IN IT , THE PAINT HAD METALLIC STRIPES APPARENTLY NOT A VERY GOOD APPLICATION AND 75% OF THE CAR HAD OVERSPRAY ON IT ALL THIS AFTER THE SERVICE MANAGER SAID HE DID A QUALITY INSPECTION PRYOR TO CALLING ME , NEEDLESS TO SAY THEY HAD TO DO IT OVER AGAIN . A WEEK LATER THE MANAGER CALLS ITS READY . GO TO PICK UP THE CAR AND THE REAR BUMPER WAS MISSING 4 BOLTS, THE SCREWS ON THE MUD FLAPS WERE MISSING THEY REMOVED SOME OF THE OVERSPRAY FROM THE REAR OF THE CAR AND ADDED NEW OVERSPRAY AT THE WINDOW POST THE SENIOR MANAGER AND JUNIOR MANAGER BOTH CLAIMED TO HAVE COMPLETED A QUALITY INSPECTION OF THE VEHICLE WHICH APPARENTLY THEY INSPECTED A DIFFERENT CAR NOT MINE I WOULD NOT ALLOW THEM TO TOUCH THE CAR AGAIN AND LEFT THIS BODY SHOP INCLUDING ITS MANAGERS ARE BETTER SUITED TO PAINTING LAWN MOWERS I CAN NOT SAY MUCH ABOUT THE OWNERS EITHER AS THEY NEVER RESPONDED TO MY CALLS SO MUCH FOR DICK SMITH S BODY SHOP
