He put it on the rack and found that the bearing was bad. He called my warranty company and had everything taken care of within a few hours. The garage was clean and heinz is very nice. I will definitely be going back for any other maintenance on my vehicles.

I'm glad they are my local place. They also provide prompt service for business vehicles. They know your vehicles have to be out there on the road.

My car has 2 cats, a front one and a back one, so i asked which one was leaking. The women got an attitude and really became a b****. She pulled the same BS with me that she pulled with the review by Heather, saying they are closing early and if I wanted my car I had to come get it soon. I just don't feel these are the most honest of people. Seems like when they get questioned about specifics by people who know what they are talking about, they pivot to attitude and defense, opposed to logical answers and discussions. I know (because I am in a job that involves customer service) that dealing with the public can be difficult, but if you can't do it, go find something else to do. No one forced you to into this role.
