Rob, you told me over the phone this bike is in mint condition. And I worked Friday night up here in KC. Drove down there to buy this bike, you even said you knew nothing of it and only offered a $300 price break on it. Enjoy the bad reviews. They are all over the web. As far as clean and the hole.... If a black chain that should be gold and grease flung on the wheels is considered clean... Hell, I guess, just froze over. There is a hole rub in the plastics as well where it has rubbed through. I see you lying on here just as you were on the phone. I wish I took some pictures to post on here to prove to your loyal customers how dishonest you really are. I will admit though... your parts people were very nice.

He had agreed to purchase the 2009 Hayabusa for a price that was $1900 under book value, and he was well aware of that. The photograph on the store's web site clearly shows the rash on the lower right panel (but I was unaware of it until he pointed it out). There is no nickel sized hole in it. Robert's friend announced that the bodywork is worth $500, and Robert then offered a price that was $1500 below what was agreed upon previously, which I politely refused. I was with a customer who was paying and signing for a unit that he had purchased, and excused myself to see what I might do to appease Robert. My refusal to accept the offer that was $3400 under retail book on an otherwise clean and well maintained motorcycle with lots of extras didn't set well, so the customer and his friend decided to leave. The unit was USED, however the bike was clean, BTW. The incident was unfortunate, and although we do what we can to make all of our customers happy, that is not always possible. We regret that the gentleman from Wichita wasn't happy when he left, but we couldn't lose money to make that happen. Rob Blais GM, Lawton Motorsports

Figured there is $700 worth of plastics needing replaced and I spent shy of $300 in gas going down there so I requested a $1000 off the agreed price we previously set. He would only knock $300 off. I told him I wasn't interested and thanked him for wasting a 7-hour one way drive down there. He insisted he knew nothing of the damage and thought it was done by one of his own mechanics. I would expect this from a private seller but not a dealer. They obviously don't mind selling people damaged/ scratched up bikes. The mechanic/Rob both agreed that happens when you lower a bike and corner it too hard. But the front end was still stock height so I highly doubt the damage was from taking a corner too hard. It was probably more from a newbie rider cutting a corner and hitting the curb with the plastics. I would give them 0 out of 5 stars if I was able to... Absolute horrible experience and waste of time and gas. Didn't even offer to reimburse me for my expenses due to their error. Long story short... 14.5 hours of driving, $280 gas, and nothing in return. Obviously they don't care too much as the bike was lost when I showed up, it was dirty, and then the damage on the lower right topped it off. Congrats Rob... you set an all time low standard that will travel around and I will make sure everyone hears about.
