I made an appointment for between 8:30 and 9:00 to have my car service... read more I made an appointment for between 8:30 and 9:00 to have my car serviced on the morning of June 5. When I arrived at 8:50 I was told that both bays were full and that they could not service my car while I waited. They had my phone # on record as I have done business there for years but they chose not to call me. I am 65 with a husband that is 83 and does not drive. Leaving my car is not an option. I feel insulted and will NEVER call this station again for anything!!!!!!!!!!
Car wouldn't start....called james and broad towing company to tow my ... read more Car wouldn't start....called james and broad towing company to tow my car to the shop well it was 3AM and the guy who towed my car was not sure if they would let them drop a car off on to the auto shop location that it was so late. The driver said that if he couldn't get there that my car would be delivered first thing in the morning. Car was not delivered until 3PM and not only that but all change including pennies was taken from my car. Called to report and a guy tells me that there lot is secured and they are not responsible. HORRIBLE TOWING COMPANY DON'T GO THERE BEWARE
my girlfriend was towed in off the highway as she was from out of town... read more my girlfriend was towed in off the highway as she was from out of town. they replaced the fuel pump in her truck the list price on the pump was $329.00 they charged her $392.78 for it they also charged 3 hrs. labor and worked on the truck only 45 mins so all in all she was over charged $60.00 for the pump and 2 hrs.15mins for labor for a total of right around $215.00 as i said she was from out of town but that is still no reason to over charge as they did its owners like broad and james that give auto shops a bad name
