Car wouldn't start....called james and broad towing company to tow my car to the shop well it was 3AM and the guy who towed my car was not sure if they would let them drop a car off on to the auto shop location that it was so late. The driver said that if he couldn't get there that my car would be delivered first thing in the morning. Car was not delivered until 3PM and not only that but all change including pennies was taken from my car. Called to report and a guy tells me that there lot is secured and they are not responsible. HORRIBLE TOWING COMPANY DON'T GO THERE BEWARE

my girlfriend was towed in off the highway as she was from out of town. they replaced the fuel pump in her truck the list price on the pump was $329.00 they charged her $392.78 for it  they also charged 3 hrs. labor and worked on the truck only 45 mins so all in all she was over charged $60.00 for the pump and 2 hrs.15mins for labor for a total of right around $215.00 as i said she was from out of town but that is still no reason to over charge as they did its owners like broad and james that give auto shops a bad name
