Owner/operator was straight-up and fair via his 40+ years experience assessments, cost benefit analyses, repair costs and reco's. Pleasure to deal with, went extra mile for me. Total satisfaction that I wasn't hosed in a biz well known for it.

The smell was so bad that after i attempted to clean it up it still smelled awful. I then went to a different car wash and spent 65 dollars and all it did was look better, but still stunk. So i finally gave in and took it to get a complete interior detail. I was hesitant because it seemed pricey but they guaranteed the work and I even found a coupon online to save me $25. When I picked up my car I was surprised that they got the smell out completely.....not a trace of it. And better yet... they guaranteed me that the smell wont come back...and if it does within a year they will retreat it for free. I must say I was extremely satisfied with both the job and that they stand behind their work.
