Jake is great for body work. So is Tim for mechanic work. Owner is a smoothy glad-hander mercurial hothead, be prepared to deal with his whims to get to his far better employees who pride in their jobs w your car. Check your bill thoroughly however. Get guarantees in writing.

Brought 2 cars in to have assessed and pulled into shape. 2001 Toyota SR5 4 Runner workhorse, 2007 BMW X3 SUV, both with low miles for both & despite age. Owner/operator was straight-up and fair via his 40+ years experience assessments, cost benefit analyses, repair costs and reco's. Pleasure to deal with, went extra mile for me. Total satisfaction that I wasn't hosed in a biz well known for it.
