I purchased a 2007 Audi A6 from Sport Haus, and I will never buy from them again, the sunroof on my Audi had issues when I bought it so, they said they would fix it, 2 months later I had to call them to find out they had the part, took it in left with them the whole day, got my car back and tilted sunroof like normal and drove home. For the next couple of weeks the weather was inclamite so I never opened sunroof, when the weather got nice I went to open my sunroof, and all I heard was crunching and then the sunroof started going open and close on it's own, I then turned the switch to close sunroof, to which it moved 2 inches and then went all the way back and took the sunroof shade with it. I called Sport Haus and they got me in the next day, to get sunroof closed, They did get sunroof closed, but Service Manager told me I broke sunroof, I asked how and he said a forcefully opened sunroof, I said I turned knob and he said there was nothing more they could do "You broke the sunroof frame" is what I was told "so don't use your sunroof". I was very upset with what they had told me and all I wanted was my sunroof fixed. They Lie and their Trained Techs, aren't very trained. Elk Grove Audi said "The part they "Sport Haus" replaced, if not installed correctly would cause the problems I'm having now", and since the tech had replaced it once before I only imaging it was done wrong again, this time it's on me not them.I purchased a 2007 Audi A6 from Sport Haus, and I will never buy from them again, the sunroof on my Audi had issues when I bought it so, they said they would fix it, 2 months later I had to call them to find out they had the part, took it in left with them the whole day, got my car back and tilted sunroof like normal and drove home.
