Brought in my fleet truck for a smog and was blow away at how overpriced it was. 
I called your competition to check pricing and they were substantially cheaper. I could have received almost two smogs for the price I was charged. 
Service was fast but there was no one else in front of me. 
Sorry to say, but I will not be coming back. I cannot overlook the excessive pricing.

Had an appointment at the DMV later in a couple hours and needed to get the car we purchased for my son smogged.  Knowing I had to go to the DMV already had me in a bad mood.  The check engine light was on and of course you're not allowed to tell me that a check engine light is an automatic failure.  So that was my fault for not knowing.  However, when I explained that the OReilly on Damonte Ranch told me that their device could not reset my check engine light, your manager said that wasn't true and knows this because his wife works there.  Really?  And how often does he use their scan tool to reset check engine lights?  Does he have nightly conversations with his wife about how she wishes more customers knew that they could be resetting check engine lights?  It's entirely possible that the kid at OReilly was mistaken, likely even.  But I felt like your employees couldn't care less about my customer experience and that I was just another dumbass customer that is getting between them and something far more important.  I felt like a nuisance from the moment I walked in and I was doing you guys a favor by donating some money to your smog check auto-fail.  Vibe sucked.  Won't be returning.
