I told you in the beginning you didn't even listen. thank god I saw your guy grab the wrong oil (5W40) other wise I would have driven home without knowing my car got a wrong oil change . I also came for amsoil and you got me something completely different. The wrong oil you put in my car was not amsoil and the later one you changed was not amsoil either after you realized you made a mistake. The oil was something from a steel drum. who knows what's inside there and the guy who pump the oil out the drum didn't even know how much he should pump. at that point I already felt unsafe and I quickly googled another service center that had amsoil and was just a few miles away. I went there (my car was already driving weird tho) and the manager or supervisor immediately knew what oil my car needed and how much it needed after lookup in his computer. He brought the oil to me and it's exactly the amsoil my car uses. I changed the oil again there and what upset me again was that the tech told me the oil filter was leaking. What a nice job you have done. and after failing to perform this basic work, you still charged me 150$, for unknown quality of oil and unfit oil filter. do you even feel shame? stop throwing those BS canned messages like "Please call us at 516-518-5552" to show you care but in fact you don't at all.

When I first called, it was to schedule an appointment to have a used car (a Lexus) checked out before I bought it. I spoke with the owner, who offered me advice on how to evaluate both the car and the dealer, and said he could accommodate my needs at any point that day or the next in regards to the inspection. I ended up liking the car and drove with the dealer to the shop. When we arrived, a mechanic immediately drove the car, then put it up on the lift to check it out. The owner came into the waiting room and asked me to step into the shop to look at the car with him. He showed me the undercarriage (which was essentially rotting away) and told me I absolutely should not buy the car. I was disappointed, of course, but so appreciative that the owner was not only up-front with me, but then didn't even charge me for the visit!!! I would absolutely service my car at Bay Diagnostic!
