Had previously purchased set of tires from them in September 2023. Left vehicle at shop, received a call that 1 tire couldn't be repaired so I purchased a new tire. At 4pm received a ready to pickup call. Pickup vehicle at 5:25pm with note on paperwork that 2nd tire had a slow leak and dirt was cleaned off it for $32. Once in vehicle saw PSI was 21 on second tire. Advised staff before leaving and was told I could leave it overnight as well as a side statement "that he had worked on that car all day". Of course I did not leave it. HORRIBLE SERVICE. Thanks to Pep Boys business for removing a nail and repairing my second tire.
Had brought my wife’s 2015 Chrysler 200 to Ed’s Tires back in March 20... read more Had brought my wife’s 2015 Chrysler 200 to Ed’s Tires back in March 2024, service was terrible Ed’s actually didn’t solve any of the problems that I had brought the vehicle in for, they just turn the check engine light off instead of fixing the issue, they do poor diagnostics, provided some parts myself, paid $1,200 and the check engine light still on, actually had brought my wife’s vehicle back to Ed’s within two days after paying $1,200 because the check engine light had came back on, all Ed’s did was turn the light off with OBD reader and sent me on my way. Very unprofessional I will never go back there are better mechanic shops out there, Ed’s is a joke.
Came in with 3 codes, p0420, p0012, p0022. 3000.00 later I still have ... read more Came in with 3 codes, p0420, p0012, p0022. 3000.00 later I still have the three codes, my a/c no longer blowing cold and my oil pump is out. Brooke and Johnny were nice, helped as much as they could but I still can’t pass inspection unless they give be me a waver and I don’t have another 2000.00 for an oil pump so can’t even drive the truck. No slam on the staff whatsoever but you wanted to know if my problem got fixed. Johnny did say it needed an engine but I didn’t have 6 or 7 thousand for that either so I asked if we could fix the codes so I can get it inspected and they said yes. Sorry
