I could not afford the quote that was given, sent a family member to get my car. Manager gave him attitude because I did not want to proceed and that I need to pay diagnosis fee, which the fee was not mention when I called to let her know. It was no issue with paying the fee but the comments that was said because I refused service. I had repairs done from this location that took over 2 days to get done, when I was told different but I didn’t show attitude about it. This location was very convenient for me because I can walk to work but I do not see myself going to this location anymore because of this incident.

The staff are great and friendly but not overly attentive to detail.  I requested multiple things to be looked at but only one was addressed. Another was looked at so I was charged a separate diagnostic fee for that only to be told that it was working even though it wasn’t. I also asked that the wipers I bought be installed only to find them still in the car when I got in my vehicle.  I’m disappointed as I’ve used this shop prior to leaving the area and upon my return so I expected more.
