He carefully listened to our description of the situation then drove the car and immediately provided four possible options for repair that ranged from the most conservative to the most encompassing.  We made the choice which fitted our needs the best.  He distinctly explained what repairs would be required and approximately how long it would take.  The transmission works better than it has in years.
