When I got there, mr car was taken immediately back and they told me to wait in the waiting area. 2 hours later, they told me I needed a bunch of other stuff done to my car and they hadn't even started putting the tires on! Another hour and a half goes by and finally they got them on. A job that could've been done in 30 minutes took almost 4 hours. The cherry on top... Nearly twice as expensive as I have ever paid for tire install and the pricing was not upfront, just surprise, most expensive in town. Sorry, but this was my first and last experience at blue ridge.

They have given me a ride back to my home each time. This last time the repairs on my vehicle were much more than I had expected and Bob told me about the NAPA 6 months no interest credit card which helped me with the cost. Melissa was extremely helpful when it was discovered that some of the repairs were caused by something that had been done by the previous repair shop that did work on my engine. She took it upon herself to contact the other shop and work with them on the cost which saved me $300. This was such a gift to me and I am totally grateful for this. I will continue to take my Kia to Ponder and will be a lifelong customer.
