Was told my head gasket needed to be change I decided to get a second opinion come to find out my car had no coolant or oil I wasn’t told that when I left yall shop even tho the car was tested costed me 146.00 for testing  but come to find out my radiator was crack down the middle

I needed tires installed. So I got an appointment. When I got there, mr car was taken immediately back and they told me to wait in the waiting area. 2 hours later, they told me I needed a bunch of other stuff done to my car and they hadn't even started putting the tires on! Another hour and a half goes by and finally they got them on. A job that could've been done in 30 minutes took almost 4 hours. The cherry on top... Nearly twice as expensive as I have ever paid for tire install and the pricing was not upfront, just surprise, most expensive in town. Sorry, but this was my first and last experience at blue ridge.
