So when something major went on with my car I came back to new concept. It turns out that I needed a new engine which cost me $12,000. Since I got the new engine I was still experiencing the same problem that led me to get the engine. About every thousand miles my oil light was coming on and I had to add oil to my car. Took it back to new concept and the gentleman said that it was the oil pan that was leaking or something like that. So they repaired that. That was another along with some other things I had done. $4,000. The problem persisted. When I brought it back the next week the shop Foreman said oh the gentleman that did the work did not top it off? We'll top it off and you'll be fine. The next week. The oil light was back on again. I spent the next 4 weeks coming back to new concept so they could research where this oil was coming from and more importantly where it was going. On the 4th trip in they told me that my turbo was leaking into my exhaust and that's what was doing it and that was going to cost me another $4,000. At this I have lost all trust in them, so I took it to the Audi dealership. The Audi dealership measured the oil could not find any leaks. Not in my turbo or anything. It took a couple of trips to the dealership for them to measure consumption and try to figure out what the problem was. They did and they told me it was the pistons. Which the pistons are the engine. So now I need to take it back to new concept to see if they will honor their warranty for the $12,000 engine that are put in or not. I do not have any faith in there shop Foreman to get the job done correctly. It seems as though he is just trying to push me off so he can get on to the next thing. I have sent the information from Audi to New Concept so now we'll see if they honor the warranty and fix the problem.

Thought it got repaired it's April and Ac is not working if I bring Ac in for repair the Ac shouldebeen repaired not patched to have to bring back later but then warranty don't cover repairs because they claim it's leaking from hoses. The I'm told other problems about my vehicle I didn't even ask about. Not satisfied and they weren't helpful at all
They kept my car over a month and when I reached out, they wanted to a... read more They kept my car over a month and when I reached out, they wanted to add more stuff trying to take advantage of me, and yet I had to take it back again couple days later due to the same problem.. I hated it how I was treated, just because I had some concerns and I requested to talk to the owner and they refused to provide me with the number, I finally went got my car, they took my money and did not fix the problem, a day later, my car was not even back on the road and completely shut the engine and I had to tow it to the dealership. I had the worst experience ever in my life, wasted my money for nothing, but they don’t care even though you raise your concerns.., including the manager and all i wanted is to talk to the owner but they cared less.. They made me cry.. but God don’t like ugly….. I wish the owner could have called me but took my money for something that they did not fix but made it worse..
