I still don't have my car back and there's always an excuse for why it's going to cost more money and take longer and after spending hundreds on rides you eventually gave me a loaner car that is disgusting and an embarrassing piece of junk. Don't ask for a review when you haven't given the person their car back. It's rude and it's upsetting.
