Car was making unusual sound, brought it into TGK, they diagnosed it a... read more Car was making unusual sound, brought it into TGK, they diagnosed it and gave me a written estimate for $1100 decided to get a second opinion ad that seemed high….. was able to have the car looked at by another established mechanic who said it needed $200 worth of work…. works great now and our family will no longer be a returning customer to TGK as we no longer have the confidence that they are being honest in their evaluation of work needed
My muffler was noisy and needed to be replaced. The work was done in ... read more My muffler was noisy and needed to be replaced. The work was done in a timely manner and within the estimate, however, the exhaust noise is still noisy. Don’t know if it’s the replacement muffler or where the muffler is clamped to the existing tailpipe, but either way, it’s not good.
