I have been a customer off and on since opening. I have been a regular for the last 5 years and was always satisfied with the quality and friendliness. On Tuesday with the temperatures in the nineties, my daughter and her 5 kids under 12 arrived from Denver. The air conditioner they had fixed in Denver to the tune of $1700 failed in Omaha. Compounding the problem, the windows weren't working. The thought of driving back in those conditions was unbearable. I took the car to Autopro and held my breath but knew it needed to be fixed immediately. They pulled the car right in and started to work. After four hours of doing all testing and such, it turned out to be a faulty connection so because it was not an equipment problem it couldn't be billed back to the other shop. I knew this was not going to be good news so with my heart in my throat I asked what the bill was expecting 3-5 hundred dollars. Brent and Darren looked me in the eye and said.........no charge. Are you kidding me, who does that kind of service for no charge! Well, I guess it is a local service shop that is here to serve the community and cares more about reputation than profit. My and my daughter's eternal thanks. You guys rock!
