Car was making unusual sound, brought it into TGK, they diagnosed it a... read more Car was making unusual sound, brought it into TGK, they diagnosed it and gave me a written estimate for $1100 decided to get a second opinion ad that seemed high….. was able to have the car looked at by another established mechanic who said it needed $200 worth of work…. works great now and our family will no longer be a returning customer to TGK as we no longer have the confidence that they are being honest in their evaluation of work needed

To top it off the car was dropped off at 7am and didn’t get worked on till late afternoon. Then told to pick up at 5:30 pm and had to wait 30 minutes for the vehicle. Come on this place can do better customer service.
Did the diagnostic on Friday morning at 7:30am 9/22 and never received... read more Did the diagnostic on Friday morning at 7:30am 9/22 and never received the estimate to get repairs. It took the entire day to get the car back and still no idea on how much it will cost. Called yesterday and asked for the estimate, said they emailed it. That didn't happen. Would be nice to know what the price would be for repairs!
