BA Auto far exceeded my expectations and lived up to their positive reviews online. I had an unknown problem with my vehicle and didn't know what to expect. Of course I thought the worst and was anticipating an expensive repair. BA Auto diagnosed the issue and it ended up being a missing bolt and a few loose ones. They had my vehicle taken care of the same day and the charge was more than affordable. It was a huge relief to receive honest service at a more than reasonable rate. I'll be bringing my vehicle here for service when needed in the future! Serviced in September 2021.
Branch Auto Electric Service has the worst service of any auto repair ... read more Branch Auto Electric Service has the worst service of any auto repair company we have ever used. We would not choose Branch Electric Auto Service. We took my daughter's car there and they kept it for approximately two months and it still was not operational. They told us that what would take other repair shops months to do, they could do it in a week. Chris the owner was clueless and a liar. He kept promising to have it fixed but every time we asked him about he gave us the same status. She had to pay for a car rental for an extra week because he took so long and could not complete the repair work. We decided to remove the car from them and tow it to the dealership because of his inability to fix it. When we went to retrieve the vehicle, they moved it to the dealership without our knowledge. When we went to the dealership to get the repair completed, the car was damaged to the tune of approximately $1600. He refuses to repair the car and said he is not responsible for theft or damage of cars in his care. Therefore, we are forced to sue him. DO NOT under any circumstances take your car to this facility. Please share with your Facebook friends.
