I went in for an oil change and once I got home I noticed my tire pres... read more I went in for an oil change and once I got home I noticed my tire pressure was still low and none of the fluids were replenished. This didn’t particularly upset me, mistakes happen I completely understand. What upset me was that when I called back, I told Mike my situation and he responded “well how do you know they didn’t fill the air and fluid?” in a very sarcastic and demeaning manner. Obviously, if the tire pressure light is on and there is no windshield wiper fluid right after the service, they didn’t do it. As a younger woman who is unfamiliar with the ins and outs of cars, this left a bad taste in my mouth because I’m sure an older male familiar with vehicle maintenance wouldn’t have been treated like this. In addition, they automatically assumed I wanted to most expensive oil change. I never authorized this nor do I usually get the most expensive one. I used to be a repeat customer but at this point I’ve lost all trust in this business. Although, I will say that James is always very helpful with any and all questions I may have.
Needed a transfer case replaced. They were the only shop that would at... read more Needed a transfer case replaced. They were the only shop that would attempt to see if they could fix / replace due to the car being a 2002. The work took several weeks to complete. Took the car home and found some issues that were overlooked. Took the car back and they fixed the main issue no charge . Had an additional matter that was not initially covered but I worked with the owner Stephen and he made things right. The vehicle is now fixed and working properly.
