Steve, had my car serviced in the time I asked. Service was outstanding.

I was having a "little" trouble starting my car, went to the shop and they were swamped.  But the gentleman said he'd take a look.  Oops, bad battery.  And by the way I could use some new tires - which I was aware of but well I kept putting it off.  He told me all the prices, I said okay and sat back to enough the tv, the water fall, and the parade of people who came and went.  He was equally nice to all the customers, explaining what needed to be done, how much and everything.  One lady in particular was having some trouble and he was so patient and explained it again, made sure she understood.  The waiting room is smallish so it's impossible not to overhear some of this.  But the work was done while I waited, read my book in a comfy chair, watched some tv, took a little walk outside.  The prices were about what I expected and he gave me a form for a rebate on the tires, (which I sent in).  We've been going there for some time now, and it's always the same.  And I like that I know what to expect.  Thanks to the team.
