Paid for diagnostic on my cooling system and was told that there was an issue with a hose on the radiator. Quote given to replace the hose and flush the system was $928. Quote for hose was $316. Contacted the dealer and received a quote of $97. This is for a BMW. I purchased the hose from BMW and had AAMCO replace it and flush the system for $230. Will never patronize this business again. BMW gave a quote less than this establishment.

When I took it there they wanted to do a diagnostic check(scam). They didn’t even diagnose the original issue I came for. They pointed out a lot of other things.l then told me they hear some knocking in my engine which is what I originally told them when i scheduled my appointment. (Lifter failure) basically they charged me for a diagnostic and didn’t fix anything. If a customer tell you what’s wrong with his car, don’t tell him you can fix it if you won’t/cant. Waste of time and money. Never going back or recommending them to anyone.
I called for a appointment to bring my mini cooper in I told the emplo... read more I called for a appointment to bring my mini cooper in I told the employee that the car was having transmission issues and it would not change gears from 3rd to 4th gear .She said bring it in and a technician would hook it up to a computer to get a reading on it to see what the problem was. So when I picked the car up he did not get a reading from the computer because there was no check engine light on so he took it for a test drive. And said it was having transmission problems and he could replace it with a rebuild one for 7000.00 dollars the computer test was 157.00 that was not performed. So I'm not happy about that. She told me that he would have to put it on the machine to find out what was going on with it not a test drive.
