I called for a appointment to bring my mini cooper in I told the employee that the car was having transmission issues and it would not change gears from 3rd to 4th gear .She said bring it in and a technician would hook it up to a computer to get a reading on it to see what the problem was. So when I picked the car up he did not get a reading from the computer because there was no check engine light on so he took it for a test drive. And said it was having transmission problems and he could replace it with a rebuild one for 7000.00 dollars the computer test was 157.00 that was not performed. So I'm not happy about that.
