A call beforehand would’ve been nice to make sure I’m okay with that other brand. Instead I was left with no option, but to accept it. I had to ask why another brand’s tire was installed rather than what we agreed upon? The sales associate said it would take a week or two to get here from California. Why wasn’t I notified via phone/email beforehand??? Instead, deciding to proceed with another option.It’s a shame, I used to love doing business with Extra Mile.
My first time at this shop because my dealer is so far away. Everyone... read more My first time at this shop because my dealer is so far away. Everyone was so friendly, knowledgeable and quick. More upscale than a typical auto repair. Will use them again for future maintenance.
I took my VW Beetle to Tower twice for them to detect the cause and re... read more I took my VW Beetle to Tower twice for them to detect the cause and repair a very obvious clatter. Both times they failed until ultimately it was revealed that the pistons and valves were butting heads and when they finally clashed, the top half of my engine was destroyed. When I recognized their incompetence and had my car towed to a VW repairman, the repair bill for that catastrophic failure was about $5,500. This could've been avoided had Tower known what they were dealing with. I would not allow Tower to work on another vehicle, come hell or high water.
