I was told that the same tire as the other three tires the vehicle had would be ordered, instead when I showed up to pay, it was a different brand than what we agreed on. A call beforehand would’ve been nice to make sure I’m okay with that other brand. Instead I was left with no option, but to accept it. I had to ask why another brand’s tire was installed rather than what we agreed upon? The sales associate said it would take a week or two to get here from California. Why wasn’t I notified via phone/email beforehand??? Instead, deciding to proceed with another option.It’s a shame, I used to love doing business with Extra Mile.
