A call beforehand would’ve been nice to make sure I’m okay with that other brand. Instead I was left with no option, but to accept it. I had to ask why another brand’s tire was installed rather than what we agreed upon? The sales associate said it would take a week or two to get here from California. Why wasn’t I notified via phone/email beforehand??? Instead, deciding to proceed with another option.It’s a shame, I used to love doing business with Extra Mile.

I was recommended by a friend of a friend to go to this shop. I came i... read more I was recommended by a friend of a friend to go to this shop. I came in due to a constant whining sound of the motor. I explained my issue and provided video. I left the car there two days, they put a bunch of over-priced not 100% necessary parts on the car and double charged for oil. No, the whining noise was never from a rubbing bolt on the rotor. I approved the quotes and would just deal with the pricing because I assumed that it would actually fix the problem and give me peace of mind. It did NOT. I still have the same problem. I let them know and they quoted me more labor fees. C'mon, as car people this was ridiculous. Do better.
