Wouldn’t give a bad review to a business but can’t hide my experience with this one. Yes, you are here to make money but what about customer experience? It felt I lost my 1400$ and asking me to part away with another 900$ without a single assurance, and a ce that speaks down on customer. Show empathy to your customer, explain issues rather than sounding condescending and asking them “Do you have a better place”. Maybe your father owns the WorkShop. Congratulations retaining your customers with this attitude.

I made a follow apt and dropped the car off at 8:30am on a Friday. I ended up calling at 4pm (they close at 5:30) bc they never called me, they said they'd call back in 15mins. At 4:50 I called them back, they said they hadn't even started on the vehicle!! I guess they were going to call me at 5:30 when they close to tell me they were keeping my car over the weekend??seriously? I told them I was going to pick up the vehicle without the service done. I got there at 5:25 and they tell me it's $53 for the inspection and they actually did flush the brakes and it's $112 . So they charged me $53 for something they had already inspected. So $193 later I'm never going to Japanese Motor Works again. I don't know what else to say they're pretty much just your stereotypical crooked, shifty, over priced repair shop.
