Took my 2012 vehicle last week for its scheduled repair, plus replace ... read more Took my 2012 vehicle last week for its scheduled repair, plus replace headlights. They have also been watching my brake pads through the last 2 appointments, trying to stretch as much safe use out of them as possible, but finally they had to be replaced. They have been caring for our two MB's for a few years now and I have found their turnaround much quicker and their prices much better than the dealership. Plus, I have been able to deal with the same Service Manager the entire time, which is a big plus. At the dealership, I dealt with 3 different service managers in a two-year time frame and in one case they didn't fix the car and I had to bring it back. In another, they gave me information that was untrue. I am happy now to be in Star Tech's good hands and I won't go anywhere else! Fred W. Denver, CO.
