Every time I take one of my vehicles into Collins Automotive, I am amazed they even have time to work on it with how busy they are.  Scott knows his stuff and is one of the hardest working  and respectful small business owners I have observed in quite some time.  Very impressive customer service, old school values and honest.  Not looking forward to next vehicle problem, but wont be disappointed to go visit Scott again as watching him interact with the barrage of phone calls and walk in clients with multiple questions, motivates me to make my own business better!
